For this reason it establishes, declares and assumes the following principles:
1. The final quality of the product is the result of the planned and systematic actions for prevention, correction and continuous improvement during the entire production cycle with their contributors' motivation and will.
2. The contractual requirements are the only criterion to establish the quality standards of our products and services.
3. The quality and the contractual requirements must be translated objectively into plans and specifications which will be made available for the suppliers and productive centers in a complete and timely manner.
4. Quality is a common cause to all the company departments, and each one of them must then assume being client as well as supplier of other company departments and people.
